Donation Requests

Thank you for considering The Strong National Museum of Play for your upcoming charitable fundraising event. We proudly support fellow non-profit organizations and educational institutions with the donation of four (4) General Admission tickets to the museum.

Requirements and Guidelines

Prior to completing the Donation Request form below, please review these requirements and guidelines to confirm the eligibility of your organization’s event.

Organization requirements:

• 501(c)(3) status and/or proof of educational institution (examples include 501(c)(3) determination letter, copy of non-profit EIN, or non-profit tax ID#.

Request guidelines:

• Request must be received by the first of the month PRIOR to your event date (June 15 event is due by May 1).
• Donations will be emailed no later than the second week of the month prior to your event.
• Organizations are eligible to receive one donation per calendar year from The Strong.
• Request for donation must be for a charitable fundraiser that direclty supports a non-profit organization. Educational institution requests for fundraising events directly supporting educational programming will be considered.
• The Strong will not make donations to events that benefit a specific religious or political organization or any organization that represents an issue generally regarded as political.
• The Strong is unable to support fundraisers for social or extracurricular activities, private individuals or families, performance groups, or athletic teams.
